Midway Fuji

Two crisp, aromatic ingredients in equal parts yield a harmonious, refreshing apéritif.


1½  ounces Tanqueray 10 Gin
1½  ounces Junmai-shu saké, such as Momokawa Organic Junmai Ginjo


Pour both ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously, and strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with a salted cucumber wheel.
