Field Trip – Compass Rose

Compass Rose allows small groups to experience their “Bedouin Tent”, which is a dining and drinking extravaganza themed with exotic street food, and craft and unique ingredients¬†in their cocktails.

Our drinks for the night – in order of consumption—

  • THE COMPASS ROSE
    Georgian sparkling wine, PAMA pomegranate liqueur, rose water
  • ENTER THE DRAGON
    Rujero Singani, mezcal, pink dragonfruit & dry fermented grapefruit tonic, lemon
  • DRAFT MOSCOW MULE
    potato vodka, house-made ginger beer, fresh lime, soda
  • JOHNNY BEE GOOD
    Johnny Smoking Gun Whiskey, dry stout syrup, honey, lemon, mint
  • BRUJA BUENA
    Ilegal joven mezcal, fresh-pressed carrot juice, house ginger tincture, pitaya-blackberry cordial, lime, himalayan pink salt
  • VARAL TINTO WINE
    Aragonez blend, PORTUGAL
While the night turned into a welcome reprieve of work and city hustle and bustle, the amount of flavors, spices, and the variety of the dinner made hard work of deciding the best cocktail of the night.
